RHINOPLASTY is cosmetic surgery of the nose.  The nose can be altered in many ways, most common is to remove humps, rotate the tip up or down and to narrow the tip.  Incisions are made inside the nose and sometimes on the skin between the two nostrils, leaving hard-to-detect scars afterwards. 

OTOPLASTY is cosmetic surgery of the ears.  Prominent ears can be tucked by making all incisions in the fold behind the ears, leaving a nearly-undetectable scar.
